Možete li mi, molim vas, pomoći u ovoj situaciji, ja sam već više od godinu dana trajno isključen iz kockanja i čak registrovan od strane CRUKS-a, jer sam veliki zavisnik i potpuno sam van kontrole sa svojom svešću o kockanju.
CRUKS OMZEILEN: CASINO'S OM CRUKS TE ONTVIJKEN
Tako da sam iz sledećeg teksta video da se pojavila reklama Junglivin-a i zavisnika jer sam ja direktno registrovao nalog, i bez ikakve provere dokumenata mogao sam da počnem da igram i nastavim sa deponovanjem. U početku sam čak i osvajao neke pa su nakon nekoliko povlačenja konačno tražili neke dokumente.
Ali znate kako će to da funkcioniše kada ste zavisni poput mene, jednostavno ne možete da prestanete da igrate, pa kada se moja sreća konačno okrenula i napravio neke velike depozite, dobio sam Vhatsapp od Franka da je on moj lični VIP menadžer. Tako da sam ga posle nekoliko razgovora prijateljski više puta zamolio da trajno zatvori moj nalog, ali on mi je ovde rekao da možda možeš da preokreneš svoju sreću i ponudio mi neke lepe bonuse za depozit i besplatne opklade da bih nastavio da radim.
Tako da sam nakon nekog vremena završio sa ukupnim gubitkom od -/+ 30.000,- EUR i još jednom kontaktirao svog VIP menadžera Franka, i objasnio mu celu situaciju i sve što je uradio je da je zatvorio moj nalog i rekao mi da će ga proslediti nadležnom odeljenju.
I od tada pa nadalje, nikada nisam čuo ništa od odeljenja kao Franka, čak ni kada sam to tražio preko Vhatsapp-a pošto je on moj lični menadžer. Ali kako je moguće komunicirati kada vas potpuno ignorišu, ali kada sam ja bio u gubitku, on je bio dostupan sve vreme?
Pošto Junglivin nema legalnu licencu u Holandiji, nije im dozvoljeno da nude bilo kakve aktivnosti kockanja jer bi čak trebalo da budu ograničeni iz naše zemlje da naprave bilo kakav uspešan registar.
Po mom mišljenju, oni su potpuno svesni ove situacije, jer ne možete da sumnjate u odgovornost zavisnog kockara koji je na terapiji i koji je takođe registrovan u CRUKS-u.

Can you please help me on this situation i am already for more then one year permanently excluded from gambling and even registered by CRUKS, because i am a huge addict and am totally out of control with my gambling awareness.

So from the following text i saw the advertation of Jungliwin popping up and addicted as i am i directly registered a account, and without any verification of documents i could start playing and proceed with depositing. In the begin i was even winning some so after a few withdrawals they finally asked for some documents.
But you know how it will workout when you are addicted like me you just cant stop playing, so when my luck finally turned around and made some big deposits i had a Whatsapp from Frank that he is my personal VIP manager. So after a few conversations i friendly asked him more then once to close my account permanently, but he said here maybe you can turn youre luck around and offered me some nice deposit bonusses and free bets to get and keep me going.
So after a while i ended up with a total loss of -/+ 30.000,- EUR and contacted my VIP manager Frank once again, and explained him the whole situation and all he did was close my account and told me that he would forward it to the relevant departement.
And from there on i never heard anything back aswell from the departement as Frank, even when i was asking for it by Whatsapp as he is my personal manager. But how is it possible to communicate when you get completely ignored, but when i was on a losing streak he was available all the time?
Since Jungliwin has no legal license in the Netherlands they are not allowed to offer any kind of gambling activities as they should even be restricted from our country to make any sucesfull register.
In my opinion they are completely aware of this situation, as you cant suspect any responsibilty from a addicted gambler thats in therapy and also registered at CRUKS.
