hvala vam na odgovoru. Cenim da ove stvari zahtevaju vreme i da ih treba shvatiti ozbiljno, ali njihova veb lokacija mi ne dozvoljava da otpremim dokument kako bi trebalo, jer su uklonili vezu za ovo. Ponuđeno mi je samo da ponovo dodam podatke svoje kartice i ovo je verifikovano, kao i moja identifikacija…..
Ovo je trebalo da bude rešeno tako da mogu da otpremim svoje dokumente i da već imam odgovor da podelim i svoj novi dokaz adrese.
Nadam se da ste u pravu jer im je lako da uzmu moj novac, ali kada ga želite nazad to je nemoguće. Ovo ne bi trebalo dozvoliti,

thank you for your response. I do appreciate these things take time and it should be taken seriously, but their website is not letting me upload the document as it should, because they have removed the link for this. I am only being offered to add my card details again and this is verified, as well as my identification…..
This should have been resolved so I can upload my documents and I should have a response already to sharing my new proof of address too.
Hopefully you are right as it’s easy for them to take my money, but when yo want it back it’s impossible. This should not be allowed,
