Nažalost, u ovom trenutku nismo u mogućnosti da nastavimo dalje sa ovom žalbom jer lično nemamo nikakav kontakt, niti način kako da stupimo u kontakt sa zatvorenim kazinom. Pošto se ne može mnogo postići bez saradnje sa njene strane, bojim se da nemamo druge šanse osim da ovu žalbu zatvorimo kao nerešenu.
Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem, ali ako kazino odluči da reaguje, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte.
Unfortunately, at this point, we are not able to proceed further with this complaint as we personally do not have any contact, or way how to get in touch with a closed casino. Since there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side I am afraid that we have no other chance but to close this complaint as unresolved.
