There is an update. I spoke with a sister casino to see if I could speak with a representative from Paradise8. Emma, which I later found out was a bot, said she could connect me to a Paradise8 representative. Kimberly, who is not a Paradise8 representative, connected and said that I could be temporarily kicked out if I was connected to a VPN. After uninstalling my VPN, I was able to reconnect. The funds are still pending. The last conversation I had was with chat. I was told, before my account was locked, that withdrawals can take 5 to 12 days.
Now, on to answer your questions. I had already provided the necessary documents, which were forwarded to the financial department for verification and approval, on November 18, 2024. I was told this could take up to 72 hours to be approved. In the event of needing to provide further information or documentation, I would be informed by email from the financial department.
