Pošto nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od kazina u vezi sa bilo kakvim pritužbama do sada jer su odbili da sarađuju sa nama, ne možemo da nastavimo sa rešavanjem ove žalbe i prinuđeni smo da je zatvorimo kao „nerešenu".
Veoma mi je žao što nisam mogao više da pomognem, ali barem zatvaranje ove žalbe kao nerešene će negativno uticati na rejting kazina i drugi igrači mogu pročitati o vašem iskustvu u našoj recenziji.
Nadam se da više nećete naići na ovakav problem.
Kazino može ponovo da otvori ovu žalbu u bilo kom trenutku.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding any complaints so far as they have refused to cooperate with us, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively impact the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
