Company shall be entitled to cancel additional accounts or accounts of the player in question, cancel winnings thus gained and return deposits to the owner of the account.

But didn’t respond to emails before they blocked them
I don’t understand how I can’t get any help with this matter

- Lie about you
- Say you have breach their t&c’s
- Block and ban you from your account
- Do not follow their own KYC policies
