Wins dont register your balance and live chat tells you that you didnt play or vin that game. One time i didt get ss but still they told that you didnt win enytihing🤷🤷

When there is an open game round our customer support needs some information to look further in to the game round and once they have enough info they will forward this issue to the relevant department to take a look.
