Basically scammers. Their terms say that they might ask for verification on your first withdrawal, but obviously, this is in case you win. In case you keep on loosing and at some point you make a withdrawal which is less than your total deposited amounts, they will approve it without problems. In case you win, you'll be in serious verification problems.
