Vrlo dug KYC proces. Uvijek se traže novi dokumenti. Na primjer, od mene se tražio dokaz o prihodu iako sam platio samo 220 eura. Traženi su i podaci o kreditnim karticama koje nisam koristio u ovom kasinu. Iako se tvrdi da se mjesečno isplaćuje maksimalno 5.000 €, ja sam plaćao samo 1.000 € svake dvije sedmice. Iako još uvijek nisam dobio sav novac. Tipični kazino koji se oslanja na činjenicu da gubite strpljenje i opet sve kockate. Svatko tko namjerava povući dobitak trebao bi uzeti drugi kazino.

Sehr langer KYC Prozess. Man wird immer wieder nach neuen Dokumenten gefragt. Bei mir wurde zum Beispiel nach einem Einkommensnachweis gefragt obwohl ich nur 220€ einbezahlt habe. Auch wurden Daten zu Kreditkarten abgefragt die ich in diesem Casino gar nicht benutz habe. Obwohl behauptet wird dass im Monat max. 5.000€ ausbezahlt werden, wurden bei mir nur Auszahlungen alle zwei Wochen mit 1.000€ gemacht. Wobei ich mein Geld immer noch nicht vollständig erhalten habe. Typisches Casino das darauf setzt dass man seine Geduld verliert und wieder alles verspielt. Wer vor hat sich auch Gewinne auszahlen zu lassen, sollte ein anderes Casino nehmen.
