Udvostručio sam novac koji je uplaćen, konačno, otišao sam da podignem, 800 evra, tražili su mi verifikovanje računa, poslao sam sva dokumenta na overu, ali je trebalo manje-više mesec dana da se overe. Kada su kontaktirali chat rekli su mi da je došlo do problema sa PIKS-om i da PIKS ne prihvata evre. Tražili su od mene da pošaljem bankovni račun da izvršim transfer, to je bilo oko 15.10.2023, sve sam ispravno poslao na račun, a do sada novac još nije primljen. Kontaktiram čet svaki dan, ponekad i više od jednom dnevno, i uvek dobiju isti odgovor, kao da su sproveli istragu, pošto su oni već uplatili, ili odgovor poput „budi strpljiv" „to biće rešen vrlo brzo", ali nikada ne pruža rešenje za problem. U svim kazinima u kojima sam igrao nikada nisam imao problema kao što imam sa ovim, kasni je mesec dana i do sada nisam ništa dobio. To je ogromna zbrka sa klijentom, traje 1 mesec i ne dobija se odgovor ili rešenje problema. Nijednom problemu nije potrebno toliko vremena da se reši.
