27. jula sam deponovao 25 dolara u kazinu u Las Vegasu SAD i nisam tražio nikakvu promociju ili bonus. Osvojio sam oko 500 dolara na automatu i smanjio na 400 dolara dok nisam odlučio da zatražim povlačenje. Prošao sam svu proveru od strane obezbeđenja i još uvek nemam isplatu od 400 dolara. Sve što mi stalno govore kada kontaktiram putem e-pošte i ćaskanja je da čekaju sledeću grupu isplata, a onda ću biti obavešten. Kada pitam kada treba da se desi sledeća serija, dobijam isti odgovor kao što sam pomenuo gore, a da oni ne dokazuju datum ili bilo koju drugu informaciju. On July 27th I deposited $25 with Las Vegas USA casino and I did not claim any promo or bonus. I won around $500 on a slot machine and played it down to $400 until I decided to request a withdrawal. I have passed all validation by security and I still do not have my $400 payout. All I keep being told when I reach out via email and chat is that they are waiting for the next payout batch to occur then I will be notified. When I ask when the next batch is due to occur, I get the same response as I mentioned above without them proving a date or any other information. I have no option to call as they do not provide a phone number. Now I see why. It should not be this hard for a customer of theirs to receive a payout. This is not how a business should be ran and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing paying loyal customers this way.
