I won some money in the casino, I won some money in the sportsbook. They are charging me $50 to withdraw my money. So I clicked on a withdraw method without a fee, there’s still a $50 fee. After calling the number repeatedly I have been told tomorrow. Then I was told the money would be out of my account by Tuesday. Then I was told 3-5 business days. I withdrew my money on a Thursday morning, and it is almost the following Thursday. By my count today would be the 5th business day. But, their website advertises their payouts as same day. Then when you withdraw it says 24-48 hours plus 3-5 business days. They explained to me the money would be removed from my account in the 24-48 hours and then the payment would be 3-5 days. None of this has happened. The money is still in my account and they are not paying me. I’m incredibly frustrated. They are happy to take your deposit, but won’t pay. After reading previous reviews from people, I’m not certain I will actually be paid. I may even have my account locked after writing this review as others have reported.
