Platio sam novac putem Mastercard kartice. Sve je bilo u redu. Zatim je posle 1 sata pisalo da depozit nije uspeo. Ali to je nestalo sa mog bankovnog računa. Pisao sam banci i rekli su da je u redu transakcija je uspela. Ali kazino je rekao da nemamo novca da će vam finansijsko odeljenje napisati. Sada je 1 nedelja i ne dobijam nikakvu e-poštu od njih.
I payed money via mastercard. It was all okay. Then after 1 hour it said the the deposit failed. But it was gone from my bank account. I wrote the bank and they said that is fine the transaction is successful. But the casino said we do not have the money the financial department will write you.It is now 1 week and i do not get any email from them.
