At the time of writing this it is 18th November 2021.
On 30th September I withdrew £500 via bank transfer. To this date I have still not received my funds. I have sent email after email after email to this company with only very few "copy paste" replies that provide no explanation. The only way to contact the casino is via an online email facility, there is no other way.
Prior to the withdrawal I confirmed with the site that my verification was complete, so I know it is not this issue.
I would not recommend this casino to anybody. Extremely poor customer service. Extremely poor withdrawals. 0/10.
