Tražio sam da razgovaramo o problemu, menadžment će mi odgovoriti u roku od 3 dana. Danas je 8. dan i još uvek nema odgovora. Zamolio sam svog advokata da pregleda ovaj slučaj dok razgovaramo zbog drugih loših kritika i zato što oni ne odgovaraju.

My withdrawal was never payed out and they simply deleted the balance from my account. They say I didn't follow the T&C's which is not true in my opinion.
I requested to talk about the issue, management would reply to me within 3 days. Today is day 8 and still no reply at all. I have asked my lawyer to review this case as we speak because of the other bad reviews and because they don't reply.

Also, if u are from Netherlands / Germany / Austria they may have to pay your lost funds back. The Maltese gambling license is simply not valid for those countries.
