I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the fraudulent and misleading practices of your online casino, 21bit.
On November 17th, I deposited $20 into my account and used the deposit bonus code SPIN150 as advertised on your website. I received a confirmation email from 21bit asking me to read the terms and conditions, which I thoroughly read through. Nowhere in the terms and conditions did it state that my winnings would be limited if I used a deposit bonus code.
After depositing, I proceeded to play and won $218 fair and square on the WILD CASH slot game. However, 21bit casino unjustly confiscated my winnings, reducing my account balance to $75. Your company falsely claimed this limit was because I used a "no deposit bonus" when this was in fact my 4th deposit into the account.
This is blatantly misleading advertising and fraudulent conduct on behalf of 21bit casino. Your own terms and conditions, as outlined in the confirmation email I received, back up my complaint that you have swindled me out of $143 in legitimate winnings.
I have been treated unfairly as a loyal customer of your establishment. If the responsible party do not reimburse the $143 which have been legally stolen from me in winnings, I will be forced to take this matter to higher authorities and make public the disreputable business practices. Please respond to this formal complaint immediately.
