Iskreno mi je žao, ali pošto više od 2 sedmice nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od kazina u vezi s ovim problemom, ni izvan ove službene žalbe, ne možemo nastaviti rješavanje ove žalbe i primorani smo je zatvoriti kao 'neriješenu', što će utiču na rejting kazina na negativan način.
Iskreno se nadam da se više nećete susresti sa ovakvim problemom.
Kazino može ponovo otvoriti ovu žalbu bilo kada.

I am truly sorry but since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue for more than 2 weeks, neither outside this official complaint, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
I sincerely hope you will not come across a problem like this again.
