Registrovao sam se u amon kazinu. Igrao sam i želeo sam da zatvorim svoj nalog nakon nekoliko depozita i iskustva igre koje mi se nije dopalo. Poslao sam imejl nadležnom odeljenju da zatražim zatvaranje. U međuvremenu sam aktivirao 7-dnevno samoisključivanje (ovo je maksimum koji nudi kazino).
48 sati kasnije dobio sam odgovor da razumeju i da možemo da mislimo da sreća nije na našoj strani. Objašnjavaju mi da sam nakupio „kovanice" i da mogu da odem do njihove „prodavnice" da ih potrošim u pravom novcu ili besplatnoj igri. Rečeno mi je da, naravno, ako i dalje želim da zatvorim svoj nalog, nema problema.
Obično kada zatražite zatvaranje računa, jedina stvar koju kazino može ponuditi je postavljanje depozita ili limita klađenja. Kazino ne sme da nudi trošenje „kovanica" na svom sajtu. Ovo nije „odgovorno igranje".
Pogotovo što sam postavio „samoisključenje", a nije džabe!
Nakon njihove ponude da pogledam njihovu radnju, čekao sam da mogu da odem tamo. Otišao sam u njihovu radnju i to me je nateralo da ponovo igram i „okušam sreću" jer me je ovaj kazino tako dobro razumeo.
Zato sam ponovo kreditirao novac, na koji nikada ne bih kladio da je ovaj kazino primenio „odgovorno igranje" i da mi nije rekao za njihove „kovanice" i njihovu „radnju".
Od trenutka kada je kazino trebalo da primeni zahtev, nikada više ne bih igrao jer sam podesio samoisključivanje dok je moj zahtev bio obrađen. U njihovom odgovoru postoji podsticaj za igru. to je bio komercijalni odgovor da me ohrabri da ne zatvorim.
Zato bih želeo da mi kazino nadoknadi sve iznose koje sam potrošio ovog ponedeljka, 4. marta 2024. Ovo je novac koji nikada ne bih potrošio u ovom kazinu da je dobro uradio svoj posao.
Igrao sam u kockarnicama, voljno sam dobijao i gubio novac i nemam problema sa tim. Ali u slučaju koji sam upravo objasnio, kazino me je naterao da se predomislim nakon njihovog imejla kada sam zatražio zatvaranje. On je stoga odgovoran za moje brojne depozite.
Nadam se da ću imati povoljan odgovor na moj zahtev.

I registered at amon casino. I played and wanted to close my account following several deposits and a gaming experience that I did not like. I sent an email to the relevant department to request closure. In the meantime, I have activated a 7-day self-exclusion (this is the maximum offered by the casino).
48 hours later, I received a response saying that they understand, and that we can think that luck is not on our side. They explain to me that I have accumulated "coins" and that I can go to their "shop" to spend them in real money or free play. I am told that of course if I still want to close my account there is no problem.
Normally when you request an account closure the only thing a casino can offer is to set up a deposit or wagering limit. A casino must not offer to spend "coins" on their site. This is not "responsible gaming".
Especially since I had set up a "self-exclusion", and it’s not for nothing!
Following their offer to take a look at their shop, I waited to be able to go there. I went to their shop and it made me want to play again and "try my luck" as this casino had made me understand so well.
So I re-credited money, which I would never have wagered if this casino had applied "responsible gaming" and had not told me about their "coins" and their "shop".
From the moment the casino should have applied the request, I would never have played again because I had set up a self-exclusion while my request was processed. In their response there is an incentive to play. it was a commercial response to encourage me not to close.
I would therefore like the casino to reimburse me for all the amounts I spent this Monday, March 4, 2024. This is money that I would never have spent in this casino if it had done its job well.
I have played in casinos, won and lost money willingly and I have no problem with that. But in the case that I have just explained, the casino made me change my mind following their email when I requested closure. He is therefore responsible for my numerous deposits.
I hope to have a favorable response to my request.
