Napravio sam nekoliko povlačenja 16. decembra 2024. sve je išlo u redu, ali mojih šest isplata je bilo uspešno, ali nisam dobio ni jedno od njih na svom bankovnom računu. Nakon toga sam kontaktirao njihovu onlajn podršku koja im je dala izvod iz bankovnog računa, kao i video snimak moje bankovne aplikacije, sve što rade je da kreiraju tiket koji ne uspeva nakon nekoliko sati, a onda mi je rečeno da ponovo kontaktiram nakon 24 sata. I u ovom procesu prošla su skoro 22 dana, a onda će posle 30 dana pre nove ere kazino reći da naša politika ne podržava i istražuje transakciju koja traje duže od 30 dana.

Prilažem svoj najnoviji bankovni izvod
I made several withdrawals on 16th of December 2024 every thing was going fine but my six withdrawals showed success but I didn't get even a single of them in my bank account. After that I contacted their online support provided them my bank account statement and also the video recording of my bank app, all they do is to create a ticket which gets failed after few hours then I am told to contact again after 24 hours. And in this process almost 22 days are gone and then after 30 days bc casino will say our policies doesn't support and investigation over a transaction which is beyond 30 days.
