On February 25th, 2022 I paid out an amount of 1600 euros to date nothing has been credited to my account. The live chat says the same thing every day that I should wait but how long should I wait. In addition, the LiveChat says that it was booked in the system and the bank has to release it and this has probably not happened yet. I've ordered two more withdrawals of 2000 each, but they haven't even been processed yet. I'm wondering how long I should wait for my total of 5600 euros 1600 2000 and 2000. It's also funny that I had 3 other payments before that, which were on my account after about 9 days. Would be nice if you could help me other casinos need 1-3 days and everything works. Ich habe am 25.02.2022 einen Betrag von 1600 Euro in Auszahlung gegeben bis heute ist nichts auf meinem Konto eingegangen. Der Live Chat sagt jeden Tag das gleiche das ich noch warten soll aber wie lange soll ich denn warten. Außerdem sagt der LiveChat das es im System gebucht wurde und die Bank es freigeben muss und dies wohl noch nicht passiert ist. Ich habe noch zwei weitere Auszahlungen von jeweils 2000 in Auftrag gegeben die wurden aber noch nicht mal bearbeitet. Ich frage mich wie lange ich noch auf meine Insgesamt 5600 Euro warten soll 1600 2000 und 2000. Komisch ist auch das ich davor schon 3 andere Auszahlungen hatte die dann ungefähr nach 9 Tagen auf meinem Konto waren. Hi, so I've always played with a bonus there, the max payout with a bonus is x10 of the value you deposited at 160 1600 at 200 2000, 200 2000 so I did the same with the other 3 payouts before that without any problems, but since February 25th, 2022 nothing happens anymore no idea I have always made deposits and withdrawals with the same payment system without any problems. Today was the last contact with them. I also sent to the email above via email.
