Veliki pozdrav. Koristim ovu stranicu da pokažem svoje nezadovoljstvo Bet90. Već 3 nedelje pokušavam da podignem svoj novac koji sam dobio zahvaljujući sportskom bonusu dobrodošlice, koji sam oslobodio ispunjavanjem svih uslova i klađenjem na ceo svoj početni depozit. Nažalost, moram da kažem da osoblje za podršku Bet90 (četovanje) očigledno ima uputstva da ne bude transparentno u vezi sa razlozima zbog kojih povlačenja nisu odobrena. U mojim prvim pokušajima povlačenja (dve nedelje) tvrdili su da su moji nalozi odbijeni jer za Directa24 moji bankovni podaci nisu tačni. Ali uspeo sam da razgovaram sa Directa24 na Fejsbuku i oni su mi rekli da je to laž, da za njih nikada nisam napravio nijedno povlačenje i da je Bet90 uvek bio taj koji je odbijao moja povlačenja.
Onda sam probao Mifiniti... to je oblik plaćanja, ali ne možete ni uplatiti ni povući.
Prošle nedelje sam pokušao za FTN (tokeni). Deponovao sam na taj način, kladio sam se i podneo zahtev za povlačenje (5. juna), odobren je za 12 sati i konačno sam uspeo da podignem 10 USD. Posle 24 sata od mog prvog zahteva od strane FTN-a, ponovo sam zatražio povlačenje (6. juna), a to je onaj koji još uvek nije odobren. Oni u ćaskanju su mi prosledili detalje moje transakcije i navodno je za njih moj zahtev za povlačenje poslat 7. juna... što je lažno... napravljen je 6. juna. A pošto se njihove politike povlačenja obrađuju do najviše 3 radna dana, taj rok je ispunjen danas u petak, ali pošto im je sistem promenio dan (navodno), sada je ostavljen za ponedeljak. Osim toga, oni su tvrdili da provajder plaćanja ima međunarodni raspored i da je zbog toga promenjen dan (7. jun)... Što je netačno jer je moje prvo povlačenje zatraženo 5. juna u isto vreme (16:00 časova). ) i tu im se odražava kao što je bio i 5. jun. Veoma sam umoran od toliko izgovora i voleo bih da predstavnik Bet90 kazina razgovara sa onima koji su zaduženi za finansijsku oblast kako bi oni već odobrili moje povlačenje.

Estoy desde hace 3 semanas intentando retirar mi dinero que obtuve gracias al bono de bienvenida de deportes, el cual liberé cumpliendo con todas las condiciones y apostando todo mi depósito inicial. Lastimosamente debo decir que el personal de soporte (chat) de Bet90 al parecer tiene las instrucciones de no ser transparentes de cuáles son los motivos de porqué no se aprueban los retiros. En mis primeros intentos de retiro (por 2 semanas) ellos afirmaban que mis pedidos se rechazaban porque para Directa24 mis datos bancarios estaban incorrectos. Pero pude conversar con los de Directa24 en Facebook y ellos me dijeron que eso era falso, que para ellos yo nunca he hecho ningún retiro, y que Bet90 siempre fue la que rechazó mis retiros.

Los del chat me reenviaron los detalles de mi transacción y supuestamente para ellos mi solicitud de retiro fue hecha el 7 de junio...lo cual es falso..fue hecha el 6 de Junio. Y como sus políticas de retiro es que se procesan hasta máximo 3 días hábiles, ese plazo se cumplía hoy Viernes, pero como su sistema tiene cambiado el día (supuestamente), ahora quedó para el lunes. Además, argumentaron de que el proveedor de pagos tiene un horario internacional, y que por eso tiene el día cambiado (7 de junio)...Lo cual es falso porque mi 1er retiro se solicitó el 5 de junio a la misma hora (16:00pm) y ahi a ellos si les refleja como que también fue el 5 de Junio. Estoy muy cansado de tantas excusas y quisiera que el representante de Bet90 casino hable con los encargados del área financiera para que ya me aprueben mi retiro.

Da... povlačenje je uspešno... Dobio sam novac u vreme koje mi je Bet90 rekao. Koristio sam način plaćanja koji se zove FTN, pa sam novac dobio na Fastek Ekchange-u...Odatle sam prebacio novac na Binance i koristeći P2P mogao sam da dobijem novac na svoj bankovni račun.
