Osvojio sam 3.300 € u Casino Betamo s bonusom dobrodošlice. Ispunio sam zahtjeve klađenja. Nakon što sam prenio sve dokumente na provjeru i prihvatio ih, e-mail je stigao dan kasnije:

You have breached this rule Therefore, the decision was made to close your account and confistcate the winnings. The decision was made by the casino`s management and it is final. Best regards, Casino Support Team ".
I only have this account in the betamo casino, when I asked live chat I couldn't get any information as to what exactly I should have done wrong or what "duplicates" are all about.

Ich habe lediglich diesen Account im Casino von betamo, auf Nachfragen im Live-Chat bekam ich keine Auskunft was ich genau falsch gemacht haben sollte oder was es mit "duplicates" auf sich haben soll.
