- Have you received any communication from BetHall Casino regarding the delay? If so, could you provide more information about what they have said in response to your withdrawal requests?
- Have you completed all required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification steps, and were there any issues during that process?
Please bear in mind that it's quite common for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to be fully processed. This delay could be due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We would advise you to wait at least 14 days from your withdrawal request date before submitting a complaint. If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, and your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven’t received your winnings after this period, please let us know and we will intervene to assist you.
