Nazovite svoju banku i osporite svaku transakciju koju vidite na svojoj kartici od XENUM LLC
Recite banci da ili ne priznajete troškove ili vam je ponuđena financijska usluga (recimo da je to bila transakcija izvršena telefonom), a zatim ste zatražili povrat novca, ali nije im bilo moguće stupiti u kontakt i kasnije ste saznali da je to bila prijevara.
Nemojte reći da je to bio kasino ili možda nisu toliko spremni pomoći.

OK so here is the best way to get this awful saga over with because we have been scammed by the people that processed your credit cards.
Please call your bank and dispute every transaction you see on your card from XENUM LLC
Tell the bank that either you do not recognise the charges or you were offered a financial service (say it was a transaction made on the phone) and you then requested a refund but they have been impossible to contact and you later learned it was fraud.
Don't say it was a casino or they may not be as willing to help.
