Ali što se tiče moje žalbe... pridružio sam se 2. februara 2024. i koristio sam promotivni kod CAS200 koji jasno kaže „30k plaithrough je potrebno za puštanje i isplatu". (Zadržao sam kopiju) pre nego što sam prihvatio njihov bonus, uradio sam neko istraživanje i otkrio da se mnogi ljudi žale da moraju da prođu kroz igru dva puta (između MNOGIH drugih pritužbi) Dakle, pročitao sam njihove uslove korišćenja usluge u potpunosti pre nego što sam se pridružio, posebno pošto je moja promocija rekla 30k plaithrough. Moje DRUGO igranje je sada završeno, ali na stranici mog naloga još uvek ostaje 5781 USD u preokretu. Na pitanje zašto se ne ažurira kao pri prvom prevrtanju, niko mi ne može odgovoriti. Potpuno ignorišu reči „OSIM UKOLIKO JE DRUGAČIJE NAVEDENO" i stalno odbijaju da mi kažu koliko je preostalo u 2. igranju. I joined on 02/02/2024 and used promo code CAS200 which clearly states "30x playthrough required for release and cashout." (I kept a copy) before accepting their bonus i did some research and found many people complaining about having to do the playthrough twice (among MANY other complaints) So, i read their terms of service completely before joining, especially since my promo said 30x playthrough. And sure enough their terms of service do say "two times 30x playthrough" UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Well my promo clearly states otherwise (30x playthrough) so i joined and accepted the bonus. I completed my 30x playthrough (and was congratulated by a banner that flashed across my screen. I then continued playing (slots) for a few hours and called it quits when I got down to $800. Then tried withdrawing. HA! It says I still have $5781 of playthrough, even after they congratulated me on completing my playthrough. This is where the fiasco starts (and still hasn't ended) so I send emails, do loive chats, dm with a couple of people and even call. Can't get anywhere with anyone. They most certainly have been trained to scam customers, or just not answer them. So, i said the hell with it ill playthrough again. I continued playing out of frustration and kept track of every spin and every dollar. My SECOND playthrough is now complete, but on my account page it still sats $5781 remaining in rollover. When asked why it doesnt update like the first rollover did, no one can answer me. They completely ignore the words "UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE" and continually refuse to tell me how much playthrough is left on the 2nd playthrough. I'm down to $100 in my account (which is what I deposited) After playing through TWICE i just want my crypto back and to never have anything to do with these obvious scammers again.
