Želimo da vas obavestimo da su od igrača zatraženi sledeći dokumenti: Dokaz identiteta, Dokaz adrese i Istorija transakcija. Igrač nije imao problema sa prva dva dokumenta, brzo su verifikovani, pošto su u potpunosti ispunjavali naše zahteve. Međutim, igrač je imao nekih poteškoća sa istorijom transakcija, pošto nam je dao snimke ekrana samo nekoliko transakcija kada smo ga zamolili da nam dostavi „Molimo da dostavite istoriju transakcija za ceo period 01.02.2024. - 25.02.2024. sa svim pristiglim a izlazne transakcije vidljive". Prema nama, igrač nije mogao dva puta da učita svoj izvod sa računa i pokušava da nas okrivi za ovo. Ipak, juče je igrač postavio novu izjavu, koja će biti verifikovana u roku od 10 radnih dana, prema pravilu na našem sajtu: 5.3 ... Mi ćemo obično verifikovati vaše dokumente i informacije u roku od 10 (deset) dana nakon odgovora na naš zahtev da u potpunosti, međutim, u zavisnosti od okolnosti i složenosti datog slučaja, može biti potrebno dodatno vreme i/ili provere za završetak verifikacije. Pokušaćemo da prioritetno verifikujemo dokument igrača.

We would like to inform you that the following documents were requested from the player: Proof of Identity, Proof of address and Transaction history. The player did not have any problems with the first two documents, they were verified quickly, as they fully met our requirements. However, the player had some difficulties with the Transaction history, as he provided us with screenshots of only a few transactions when we asked him to provide us with "Please provide transaction history for the entire period 01.02.2024 - 25.02.2024 with all incoming and outgoing transactions visible". According to us, the player could not upload his account statement twice and is trying to blame us for this. Nevertheless, yesterday the player uploaded a new statement, which will be verified within 10 business days, according to the rule on our website: 5.3 ... We will usually verify your documents and information within 10 (ten) days after our request is responded to in full, however, depending on the circumstances and complexity of a given case, additional time and/or checks may be required to complete verification. We will try to verify the player's document as a priority.
