On tje 11th September to my surprise i won $1500 at fab spins first time in awhile i actually proceded to withdrawal
I did al the paperwork sent my id to a seperate company for verifying was sent back the ok and Im still waiting At first they said all up a 2 week wait for qire transfer they dod not give me the option for visa withdrawal . So I sent the information, I kept getting it was being processed. I spoke to customer support the other day and told them I was about to put in a complaint about the casino she told me it is still pending I asked it had been pebding withdrawal now for 2 mnths I told her that I wasnted to speak with supervisor or manager thay said they were not available I have asked to be called I have asked to be emailed. They keep sending me free spins though I have not used them and as soon as I receive the email I get right back to the casino site and talk ti the cso but with the same answer, Im so upset that I do not know what to do and what should be my next course of action Can someome help me please.
