Želeo sam da podelim svoje iskustvo sa FunID-om, pošto su mi nedavno blokirali nalog, i osećam se kao da sam nepravedno tretiran.
Dakle, evo šta se dogodilo: FunID tvrdi da sam prekršio njihove uslove, posebno odeljak 8.1.4, koji se odnosi na „saradnju sa drugim klijentima ili trećim licima". Kažu da sam prekršio ovo pravilo tako što sam njihovu aplikaciju preporučio nekolicini prijatelja koji takođe uživaju u igranju u kockarnicama, u nastojanju da im olakšam stvari.
Pre svega, uopšte se ne slažem sa ovom odlukom. Preporučio sam aplikaciju samo zato što sam mislio da može koristiti mojim prijateljima. Bio sam lojalan korisnik FunID-a godinama, i nikada nisam nameravao da prekršim nijedno pravilo. Za mene, deljenje nečega što bi moglo da poboljša vaše iskustvo ne deluje kao kršenje, ali očigledno, FunID to vidi drugačije.
Ono što čini još gore je to što sam dostavio svu potrebnu dokumentaciju za verifikaciju, a nikada nisam dobio nikakve naznake da postoji problem sa mojim nalogom. Iznenada, bez upozorenja, moj račun je blokiran, a ja sam izgubio 1000 EUR koje sam imao.
Došao sam do FunID-a da to rešim, ali do sada sa njihove strane nije došlo pravo rešenje. Ako se ovo uskoro ne reši, moraću da preduzmem dalje mere. Verovatno ću se obratiti popularnim strimerima i čak ću objaviti o tome na Facebook-u i Casino Guru-u da upozorim druge na način na koji se FunID odnosi prema svojim klijentima.

I wanted to share my experience with FunID, as they recently blocked my account, and I feel like I’ve been unfairly treated.
So, here’s what happened: FunID claims that I violated their terms, specifically section 8.1.4, which is about "collaborating with other customers or third parties." They say I broke this rule by recommending their app to a few friends who also enjoy playing at casinos, in an effort to make things easier for them.
First of all, I don’t agree with this decision at all. I only recommended the app because I thought it could benefit my friends. I’ve been a loyal user of FunID for years, and I never intended to break any rules. To me, sharing something that could make your experience better doesn’t seem like a violation, but apparently, FunID sees it differently.
What makes it even worse is that I provided all the necessary documents for verification, and I never received any indication that there was an issue with my account. Suddenly, without warning, my account is blocked, and I’ve lost 1000 EUR that I had in there.
I’ve reached out to FunID to resolve this, but so far, no real solution has come from their side. If this doesn’t get sorted out soon, I’m going to have to take further action. I’ll likely reach out to popular streamers and even post about this on Facebook and Casino Guru to warn others about the way FunID treats its customers.
Has anyone else here had a similar experience with FunID? How did you manage to resolve it?
