It seems this topic became quite popular in recent days and weeks so I'd like to share a brief summary that I received from our Complaints team. It provides general tips about How to contact the Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao) licensing authority:


Antillephone N.V. also has an official website, but again there is no information to be found regarding player complaints. However, on the Antillephone N.V. validator page, there is the following paragraph:

"Antillephone should only be contacted by players when they believe an Operator is in breach of their license. All disputes with an Operator about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Operator. If no resolution is found there are number of independent bodies you can contact, which should be listed on the Operator website."


Players that wish to submit a complaint can only contact Antillephone via email here: complaints@gaminglicences.com.

I ahve contacted Antillephone N.V. through e-mail

he has responded - i ahve complained about 3 websites in which gaming of Evolution / ezugi / netent etc are running.


i have lost huge money in these websites.

legal complaint has been registered with Government of INDIA.

Website betstar555.com is hosting evolution games and taking deposits..

but not giving winning money - they are telling - evolution game provider will look into the matter


betstar555.com - these website people are telling - they are only operators. and all money goes to Evolution gaming and hence winning money will come from evolution gaming..

Evolution games are being housed in  Betstar555.com 


But if we win the money - they are telling - Evolution game will pay, because betstar555.com is only website.. but game owner is evolution gaming.

Perhaps they can actually be contacted. But somehow I hardly believe that someone there will solve and analyze individual problems if there is no information to be found regarding player complaints.

Potpuna glupost. Ovaj „autoritet za izdavanje dozvola" ne odgovara ništa i nikome. Svako ko je ikada primio mejl od njih treba da ga postavi ovde i dobiće 100 evra od mene

Have you heard this "licensing authority" has replied to several players? No, no sweet surprise, mostly just informed that the casino is licensed elsewhere or missing their license... 🙁

They just closed my complaint without anything from the casino... They just don't care at all... And the new regulation in Curaçao should be applicated since last year.... But the control office is not open (they are changing the date for the last 2 years !!!)....

Is that so? I've read a short article about this topic in the past, but I forgot the details. Thank you for the confirmation. It's sad to see its noble goal struggles from the beginning, though.

The way I see it, addressing players' concerns should be part of the agenda. 🙁

Oni neprivilegovani ljudi iz Antilefona su mi takođe odgovorili i odgovor koji su mi dali bio je onaj koji vidite na slici ispod. Moja žalba se odnosila na kazino koji mi nije platio skoro mesec dana.

Wow! I've seen similar responses in past while other responses were perfectly fine and polite. Have you contacted them before? If I should refrain from stronger expressions, I'd simply say they don't like you for some reason and I'm aware you wouldn't be the only one.

Pitam se jedno, svi se vi kao i ja žalite na kazina, ili su vam pojeli pare ili vam ne daju bonuse u slotovima.... generalno, puna je prevara u kockarnicama koje su iz Kurasaa.... razumete da ne razumete kao ja, oni imaju toliko pritužbi ljudi i brave na ove prevare kazina koje ne stavljaju da ih ostave neproverene....čestitamo!!!!eeeeee svima! probudi se i izađi iz ovog blata jer je blato....bog ima i platiće to na najgori način.....
