KYC Verification in GG.Bet

Does someone here have a terrible experience withdrawing money ? That KYC Verification is pain in the a**. Until now they want me to redo or submit again documents, i provide complete documents but they insist to redo and upload again. I hope i can get back my money and heed my advice, dont deposit too much in GG.BET

The question is, why they didn't accept the documents that you initially sent them? Was it blurry, low quality picture or what was the issue?

They didn't specified the exact error i committed, they just simply want me to redo and reupload, which i did many times already. I think im gonna change my ID document, im gonna use driver's license and hope the problem will solve

Yes . When my balance becomes 0 dollar, they immediate verified my account, when i still have 750USD they didn't want to verified it, they want to wear out your patience and hope until you have 0 balance, do not trust and activate their casino bonuses, it's a complete scam.

I didn't asked any casino to verify me, it was GG.BET who dont want to verify me for unknown reason, i tried to withdraw some money that i won over match betting including the bonuses, i met all the terms and conditions listed. They don't want to verify user who still has balance on their account. You need to lose or become 0 balance then they will verify you.

The way I understand it - correct me if I'm wrong - the KYC was triggered by the withdrawal, and it mostly works like this. The main issue was passing the verification. The driving license worked in the end.

Have you successfully withdrawn or lost the balance in the meantime, please? I'm trying to figure out what makes you think the active balance has something to do with the successful KYC.
