Hi. Desperate for help with an issue with Getwin casino.


Been playing on site for 6-8months and no issues. been paid several times and biggest payout £1700. Had a good run at the end of june and had 2 pending withdrawals, £3400 and £2400. Sent email chasing it, was given the usual reply saying payment will be processed once game play data is received from provider. had sent this response in past and had been paid Played on the 29.06.22 whilst withdrawals were pending. on 01.07.22 they blocked my access to account, no response to previous emails at all! I have not breached any TC's and wondering if there is anything I can do at all?

I'm sorry you picked up such an unlicensed casino - not mentioning the UK license.

There are many scenarios and possible reasons why the casino blocked your account, but without a response from the casino - we can all only guess.

I would advise you to submit a complaint, but again we would definitely need to know what is happening with your account now, so in case the casino chooses to ignore us, we'll be unable to help.

Well, it's still better than nothing I guess.

I wish I had a better solution but unlicensed casinos are practically untouchable.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. Still no response to any emails, not even a reason as to why they blocked access and not processing withdrawal.


Would appreciate any attempt and you time if you could contact them. Its a guge long shot ! My username is my email.
