velvet spins now closed - havnt paid out

Ok my partner has a velvet spins account and has been waiting for a pay out of $2500 for over 3 months.

Previous to that she had a successful payout of $800 many months prior to this win.

After multiple emails and messages they have not paid out her winnings, there reason was simply that their processing system has an error and it would take time. Over 3 months it’s been and now the casino has apparently closed down.

does any one know if there is any process to get her payout or is it basically gone for good now?

I would suggest submitting a complaint - just let your partner register here on the forum and submit it, our complaint team will try to help despite the casino being closed already, as you said.
