"Hey! I did recieve my money in the end! Took a while. I also found that there is reviews in fourcrowncasinos that linked back to there website so I hounded them on there."

Hi Radka,


They are saying it can take 21 working days to process. Then 7-10 days to review this due to my winnings being legal. Then another 2 weeks to transfer my funds. The concern I have is that they did not explain this in there terms and cons.


Lucky I have screen shotted my withdrawal request which shows a transaction number to allow me to chase this up. I have already been informed to contact trading standards to proceed shutting down this absolute scam.


However could you give me any sort of feedback that you think would be helpful

Hello there and thank you for this update.

It's nice indeed that the casino ignored your complaint in the past but is able to send you this, sort of explanation.

I would expect an apology, the exact reason why it takes so long, and an update about in what phase this whole massive process currently is - at least of course.

It's fair to say that additional checks or security checks can be triggered and sometimes it can take up to three months, especially if the game provider is asked to analyze the player's gaming history.

On the other hand, in this case, the player should be updated regularly, I believe.

Furthermore, I doubt that each withdrawal triggers such a huge and full investigation. 🤔

An update on 4 Crowns.. I've been chasing and emailing them daily. received an email yesterday. As follows:

We regret to inform you that due to some changes, your withdrawal had to be cancelled.

The funds are on your balance now, you will have to repeat the process and enter your IBAN.

Its seems to be a 3 monthly cycle where they ask you to carry out the withdrawal process again. as the initial withdrawal request was March, then June then September now December. I have taken to bombarding their contact us section with the same request.. I do this about 100 times a day. only 2 days so far.. but will persevere.. Will keep you updated.

Yes I was coming up blanks too.. I'm hoping that the Curacao Gaming Commission will do something about it as this site does not have a licence. I'm just determined to get them!!

I have to say that I find it strongly unrealistic to expect any help from the Curacao Gaming Commission, this "casino" isn't licensed at all, so it does not concern Curacao at all.😔

Advise with a specialized lawyer, getting an unlicensed casino is like catching the wind.
