This is what they sent me today. Their T&C says it takes 3 days for a withdrawal to be completed. In livechat I was told it can take up to 7 days because it’s a bank transfer, well, that time period is over as well, I made the request on 03.05.

‘all requests process on a first come, first served basis’ - I finished 3rd in their wager tournament last week so I had one of the highest wagers on the site, and I didn’t even wager too much money, so I highly doubt they’re dealing with many cashout requests. Plus it’s not even a big amount. It’s 500€.

I’ve never submitted a complaint here but I told them I would if the money doesn’t arrive by the end of this week. I consider myself a patient guy but I’m losing my patience lately with these casinos.

Well, it’s over 7 working days now.


I’ve received cashouts from a lot of different casinos through bank transfer and it never takes this long to arrive.


By the way, the transfer in my account still says pending and there’s still an option to cancel the cashout.

Also yesterday in your email you stated ‘your cash-out request is still under review. As soon as it is confirmed, you will be notified.’ 


These would imply that you haven’t sent the money yet, so which one is it?

I have not. It still says pending for me and there’s a cancel button so I’m assuming if I were to press that the money would go back into my account. Unless it’s a technical error.

I'd wait for those seven working days runs out, as mentioned by the casino. Then, I guess a proper explanation would be in order.

Way to start a new casino guys. Why does my cashout says pending though? With the option to cancel it? Maybe I could cancel and withdraw some other way?

Thanks.. on top of my terrible luck lately I seem to have an incredibly hard time receiving the money on those few occasions where I manage to win something😂

In the meantime, could you at least credit me the VIP level bonus I reached but didn’t actually get because ‘my deposit/bonus ratio’ was too high? (Pretty strange that VIP levels can make this ratio go up btw)


My original cashout was 700€ actually but I took out 200€ because I saw I was close to a VIP level so I thought I’d risk it, but when I reached it I didn’t get anything and you only told me the reason for it afterwards. Which you could’ve easily told me earlier in an email since it’s important info. That way I wouldn’t have risked & lost the 200€.


…While the cashout has been pending for almost 2 weeks. So I feel like it’d be fair to credit me the last VIP bonus I reached.
