When I was playing here I had the same problem. After 2 or 3 withdrawals it stopped working. Try to put 2FA after you verify your email and Phone number. It worked for me.

Yesterday, I signed up on BC to gamble and deposited $1,000. I was playing big spins ($10) on Sweet Bonanza 1000. At first, I went a bit up and then down, but then I hit a bonus that paid an incredible $69,000! 


I attempted to withdraw $25,000, but the withdrawal failed, and my account withdrawal was blocked. I contacted support, and they informed me I needed to complete KYC verification. I complied and submitted all the necessary documents.


However, to my surprise, support then told me:


"Dear user, we regret to inform you that your account will no longer be eligible to pass the KYC verification."


When I asked for an explanation, they couldn’t give me a reason.


For context, I am French but reside in Malta, which is not a restricted area for BC. There’s absolutely no legitimate reason for them to deny my withdrawal—they simply don’t want to pay out my winnings.

Hello, that's quite a sad situation. Based on the restricted countries I've seen, if you're a resident of Malta then there shouldn't be a problem. I don't know why the casino didn't at least say on what basis they took this step.

Obviously we will be wiser only when the team finds out more or if we contact the casino. 

Until then, we will have to be patient and wait and see how it goes. 

I wish you a fair resolution.

Thanks Jaro, they accepted my documents so far, my KYC is now valid, but withdraws still locked and support is telling me to wait... LOL

Maybe there was just a mistake and they are trying to fix it, but we won't know until we know more, so that's just my guess. 

Anyway, I hope it will be possible to get the information soon and that everything will be explained and you will be able to withdraw the money. 

STAY AWAY. Those scammers ban people's accounts like nothing. I was fighting for getting my host back. Support kept saying your host will assign in few days and same time i got screenshots from Their mods chat. They scam mod 'valkrye' saying this is an inactive player don't grant him host back while i was having 70k wager and -3000$ in 2 days. And she said don't let they know they cant get the host. And after all they banned my account for nothing. SUPER SCAM SITE

Is there any real money balance in your account left? Didn't they give you any explanation regarding the blockage?
