I assume that your winnings were voided and atop of that you can't withdraw your balance, am I correct?

Well, that's great.

Nobody plays in the casino just to simply lose, so skilled players will tangle with strategies obviously. The easiest way to keep the winnings is to forbid every strategy + add an irregular play.

This is truly not fair.

I was fed up with Uk regulated bookies so made the mistake of trying non regulated ones. Of course, they are not regulated for good reason, most of them are criminals

Hi all,


I have made various deposits on BlackMagic Casino. I won over 5500 and done my KYC but they decide to not allow me my withdraw, took 2200 from my account and leave a 5.24 bonus. I contacted and received a message that under 9.1 from their terms and conditions they decide to take my money. Than again, went to 2000 pounds tried to withdraw but they blocked my withdrawals. I wrote numerous emails to them but they do not answer back.

What options I got being in U.K and not them not register in uk.

I totally agree. I recognised I was stupid but when you are addicted stupidity becomes an escape. Now I do not go to other free will philosophies. I play to have fun and really like their games. I never been able to buy bonus in the uk game slots. But they proved to some thiefs, so far anyway. I still hoping to get my money and play again on this casino, why not but why would they be so scumbags, I am sorry my language.

I guess that you should submit the complaint because you already experienced that the casino does not actually care anymore, or at least this is the way I understand it.

The complaint is free, and you can only benefit from it, I'm sure.

I had won €8000,00. I have now succesfully withdraw €2000,00 of that. And today they randomly took €6500,00 out of my account !!!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEYfileLOOK AT THE LAST TRANSACTION

I'm really sorry about what happened to you, but the casino has no license, we also state on our website that their terms and conditions are unfair and they also earned a very bad rating on our website. I'm honestly afraid that you won't see the money from them again.
