Zatrazio sam povlacenje 2610 i tacno sutradan 27/10 poslao sam dokumenta....posle 2 dana su mi odgovorili mejlom da ih ponovo posaljem....pa sam usao juce da ih ponovo posaljem i samo prvi dokument je učitano ostalo ne zato što su zatvorili ovo polje....žalio sam se njihovoj korisničkoj službi bezuspešno poslao sam im i mejl i do danas nemam odgovor....Međutim danas sam ušao na platformu i otišao na plaćanje istorija i video da dok je čekao na moje povlačenje danas pokazuje neuspeh.....razgovarao sam o tome sa servisom i rekli su mi da je to tehnički problem i da ponovo tražim povlačenje. Odmah sam otišla da ponovo tražim povlačenje i ne dozvoljava mi....blokirali su mi novac....možete li mi reći šta da radim?

Slažem se sa matteoonali74. I meni su uradili isto....to je prevara....ništa ispravno iz dokumenata nisu odobrili....zato sam i ja zatvorio nalog

Nisu mi rekli ništa o dokumentima bez obzira koliko sam puta razgovarao sa korisničkom službom...bez ažuriranja....poništili su mi povlačenje i zato sam zatvorio račun...odigrao sam sav novac koji sam imao i to je to.. ..ne želim kontakt sa Bruce Bet .....to je prevara
