Zdravo! Tražili su od mene identifikaciona dokumenta. Uploadovao sam prvi dokument....druga dva koja su potrebna nisam mogao da ih postavim jer su zatvorili ovo polje čim sam uploadovao samo prvi dokument....ali sam sve dokumente poslao mejlom

Treba im oko 72 sata da odgovore....ali pošto traže tri dokumenta zašto su zatvorili polje čim sam postavio samo prvi? Ovo se ne dešava u drugim kockarnicama.

Još nemam odgovor na mejl ako ih na ovaj način prihvate

I don't know why the casino does it this way and closes the other fields in the verification process, all I can think of is what I wrote, which is that if they look at the first one and it's OK, you can upload the next one. But this is for me an unnecessary prolongation of the process.
