Ne..nikada... tražim od njih da zatvore moj nalog, odgovorili su mi sa povratnim informacijama i ako sam i dalje srećan da nastavim i odmah sam odgovorio da zatvorim ga....i ignorisali su....sećam se da sam kontaktirao ćaskanje da ih zamolim da ga zatvore, ali su mi rekli da treba da kontaktiram tim za podršku putem e-pošte i tako sam i uradio...frustrirajuće je što je njihov odgovor bio da im je potrebno vreme da povrate sredstva na nalogu, ali da im treba vremena da povratim sredstva 45 dana....moj nalog bi trebalo da bude suspendovan ako je bilo potrebno za istragu, ali me ne puštaju da igram posle narednih 45 dana od mog zahteva za zatvaranje naloga
No..never...i ask them to close my account they answered with the feedback and if i am still happy to proceed and i have promtly answer yes close it....amd they have ignored....i remember i contacted the chat to ask them to close it but they said i need to contact support team by email and so i did...it is frustrating that theire answer was that they needed time to investigate if i had any balance in account to be refunded but that shouldnt be over 45 days....my account should be suspended if they was needed to investigate but not letting me play after as normal for another 45 days since my request of closure account
