Hi, I have had such a headache with Goldwin. I've deposited several times no problem, I won a nice sum and requested a withdrawal and got asked to send documents. I have lost the bank card I registered with. I sent photos of the cards front and back from my banking app, I sent all my bank statements showing the deposits made to them from same acount. I sent proof of address and my driving license. I have sent proof of deposits and all bank statements via pdf and it clearly shows its my acount. I've spoken to chat on the website 12 times. Each they told me that they can't except the screen shots as it's not a virtual card, but this has been excepted before proving this card. They are saying I need to go to the bank and request they send me a pdf proving I had the card. The bank say I can't do this. Goldwin state that the bank statements don't show my card being used to deposit, even the the transactions can be seen to their cassino. I'm at my witts end now. For weeks been trying to get this sorted. I can't find the card. I have screen shots of the chat if needed. They have my card details as they have them from the deposits I have made. Please can you help?

Goldwin's notorious for doing their very best to delay withdrawals as much as humanly possible. I had a verified account with them and it still took them over a month to process my withdrawal because they wanted me to reverify my account and kept rejecting the documents I sent for random reasons.

They also really like to cancel your withdrawal so you're tempted to play more, so whatever you do, don't keep playing.

In my experience, they eventually pay out your winnings if you keep sending them what they ask for. They are far from a fair casino, though, and I'll never deposit a cent in that casino ever again.

Unfortunately, I have no suggestion for you in your specific situation. I think that if you don't have the physical card you should stop using it for depositing anywhere and just order a new one.

I have given everything they have asked but without my card they say I can't verify the account. I've never had so much trouble with any cassino. I've sent a screen shot of bank statement on a different site and photo ID and all excepted. These people are like getting bloody out of stone. It's so frustrating! Yeah, there's a solid chance they'll keep requesting stuff. In the end they will pay you out, so just keep giving them what they ask for and then stay away from that place.

This should work, in my opinion. I apologize for interfering, but it is crucial to demonstrate that you have only used your own payment methods and to present a supporting bank statement stating the relevant deposits.

Although it may seem strange, this is a routine process.

If this won't help, I suggest submitting a complaint. This article is a pretty good source of information 👈

They have had 3 different full bank statements off of me already, I'm hoping going into branch will sort all this out and stop this headache. Wish I had read the reviews on them before signing up ! Thank you for you advice , many thanks 🙂

I also hope that the documents you have provided will already be sufficient for the casino and everything will be fine. Be sure to let us know if the verification was successful. 

Also, you learn from situations like this and next time you will definitely do some research about the casino before you go there to deposit.

So update, not sure if it's a glitch my end but all very suspicious, and glad I took screen shots.

It wouldn't let me sign in on the app. So I Logged in through Chrome. Noticed the pending withdrawal had moved to bottom section saying 'pending' with a red 'X' next to it.

I went into live chat and asked what this meant. They confirmed I had a pending withdrawal, confirmed the amount of said withdrawal and my account status of 'needing verifying'.

I ask about the red 'x' to be told it maybe a glitch/bug. My phone battery died 😕 I know my bad! But logging back in and what do you know, site is not accessible at all! On anything!

Is it possible for them to block me like this so I can't even access them from Google? Or am I just overreacting after being very sensitive (blood boiling with the words 'gold'or 'win' mentioned atm! Ha! )

Please if anyone could give me an insight , I fear I've lost this money 🙁

Fears confirmed, customer services for goldwin have also blocked me from emailing them. What can I do?

I think the best thing to do would be to reply to the complaint to Veronika and describe what happened to her as well, since she is in charge of your case. Would that be possible ? 

As for the fact that you can't get to the page, does it still persist ? I got on without any problems, that's why I'm asking. 

You haven't learned anything new about verification ? 

Anyway, I hope that everything will be solved and our team will be able to help you in your situation.

Golwin are well corrupt if you deposit by visa you will see the payments go to all different types of companies every time you deposit. Your lucky you got a win!! Was it for a lot of money? Normally you can access the site it just says you can't access it if they have blocked you. I used to get paid by them when I won some but that was sometime ago but still had to wait 10 days and I was a VIP. I hope you get your money.

I don't really play in casinos, so I rather addressed my views to the player's side to try to help and find out a bit more about the situation. So I didn't win any money here. 

As for the withdrawals you had here, I see they lasted 10 days. What method did you use to withdraw? Was it through Visa? 🤔

I mentioned this in a post above. They are always trying to delay withdrawals as much as possible so you lose the money. It took me a month to get my withdrawals from them, even if I previously verified my account. They wanted me to verify again, which was a first for any casino I have played at.

As far as withdrawal is concerned, it's a long time if I'm honest and a month would be too long for me. I probably wouldn't play here anymore. 

Regarding account verification, it is a common thing that the casino sometimes asks for documents for additional verification, so I would not have a problem with that. 

Anyway, thanks again for your insight. 🙂

The idea was that they asked for the exact same documents as the first time. I was first verified fully around March 2023, I got a small withdrawal from them, and then in December 2023 they wanted to completely reverify my account again, including ID and address and all of that. Note that it took them over 10 days from the time I requested my withdrawal to when they said I should send new documents. To me, that is just a way for them to delay my withdrawal in an attempt to make me lose the funds.
