I danas sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku, isti odgovor da selfiji sa dokumentom u ruci nisu čitljivi, postavio sam još 10 selfija sa ličnom kartom vrlo izbliza, probao sve, svaki dan 10 selfija postavljeno, isti odgovor nije dobar, tako da ne mogu da podignem dobitak

I wonder whether the casino would be able to set up a verification call to help you pass the verification. In my opinion, you fairly tried but the selfies have not worked so finding another way feels like a reasonable option.

Speaking of which, did you try to ask someone to take the picture of you holding the ID? As far as I can say, it may provide a sharper result.

Zdravo, napravio sam 10 selfija danas sa vozačkom dozvolom, sa ličnom kartom, čak dva puta dnevno, kačim kao 5/6, posle 8/9 sati stiže mejl, nije verifikovan, postavi čistu sliku, ovako nedelju dana, samo zato što imam 900 evra za preuzimanje po mom mišljenju

Honestly, after your last two posts, I find it hard to believe that none of the pictures were usable. It indeed feels very strange and your efforts are beyond polite cooperation, so I think there must be some catch on the casino's side. I hate to speculate, but perhaps they use some sort of automatic photo review software, or who knows?

As I said, keeping you trying is torture. A reasonable casino would initiate the call, I'd say.

I do not know; perhaps trying one more time could help. Based on other players' experiences, the KYC sounds like hell... Well, you may always submit a complaint free of charge, but this is such a specific issue that I'm convinced the complaint won't speed that up just yet. Do you care to try complaining anyway?

Sva moja dokumenta su odobrena već nekoliko dana, ali račun još uvek nije verifikovan. Čini se da samo odugovlače. Moja povlačenja su takođe na čekanju. Oni nemaju određeni vremenski okvir koliko će nešto trajati. U subotu sam dobio mejl u kome se kaže da žele još jedan dokument, koji je poslat i odobren. Pomislili biste da bi račun do tada bio verifikovan, ali ne. Vidim ovde u ćaskanju da mnogi ljudi imaju problema sa verifikacijom.

Zdravo, konačno sam uspeo da proverim svoj nalog, isplatili su mi 900 evra, sada sam ponovo igrao i osvojio 500, nalog je blokiran jer, prema njihovim rečima, kartica koju sam već verifikovao nije moja, očigledno je to punjiva kartica, nije ime na njoj ali jeste moja, i učitao sam je sa nje i takođe skinuo, devojka mi je rekla da mogu da je pređu ako resetuje nalog, da mi neće isplatiti dobitak, apsolutno ne, želeo bih da podnesem žalbu.

I don't think that's the way they should go and reset your account and take your winnings just to make it right. I know that these cases where there are some prepaid cards and stuff like that are causing a lot of problems and if that is the only thing they suggested to you, then I would file a complaint as well.
