If I may, please read my latest response to the other player. I understand that you might view such an investigation as an offensive step; however, when considered from a purely logical standpoint, the situation is not so clear-cut.

Yet I would like to say we had a short internal discussion about an immersive amount of players being investigated by this specific casino and in my opinion, if the investigation is really the standpoint here, the casino should freeze the funds until the game provider's investigation is concluded, because if there is suspicion worth such a long investigation, I would assume it is inappropriate to let such a player play while being investigated. However, as far as I know, even under these circumstances, the same player can cancel the withdrawal request and play out the amount.


Well, for me this is not very convincing.
