I can see that we couldn't help you with your complaint, unfortunately casino stopped responding and it's without a license so there is no way to even escalate it. For this unresolved complaint we've added blackpoints to the casino but to be fair the casino's rating wasn't good to begin with, As for the future, i would suggest checking safety index of casinos, whether they have license, how satisfied are users, and so on.
I'm sorry that it ended up the way it did. How did you even find that casino, did you find it through us or was it just randomly discovered?
