I'm not really sure what kind of complaint you describe here, but we're in the Legzo Casino thread. You have 1 submitted complaint against that casino and it was rejected since it was purely related to sports betting, which is outside of our expertise.

yea right... i know... but this is not the point... the point is "when casino delaying withdraw casino guru accept this and extend time period from 48 hours in term and conditions to 14 days" even if players dont have additional verification etc. Many complains where rejected because casino guru authorized 14 days withdraw even if casino have rules "48 withdraw time!". So people deposit money and think they will get money within 48 hours when try to withdraw... i dont want you to judge my betting sports... and betting sports activity... i want to know why when casino extend time withdraw without reason casino guru accept this... and thanks to this casinos break own rules and casino guru authorized this... thats it!


edit: and yes i know about additional verification... i am talking when there is no additional verification... because i always ask about this and i read allot complaints on casino guru that was rejected...

They say when i cancel deposit bonus the freespins are cancelled automatic but there is no sense because then i play with 2 bonuses and thats not allowed and i could play the freespins but after finish it was cancelled (65€) deposit was my fault i deposit with wrong krypto currency 45€ but they want commision of 50€ to send the money back so i dont get my deposit 🙂

Does the bonus you took provide both "free" money and free spins in one package, perhaps?

Honestly, the commission of 50€ sounds quite unrealistic to me. Was such a "fee" explained to you?

no it was not one package then i would understand it and the fees this was the answer i get

That's entirely up to you (for both 😀,) as I said - I do not know the whole story and I didn't check the terms, so I mention this option in order to make you aware if this possibility. 🙂

The worst scenario? The complaint will be dismissed, rejected or closed as unjustified. It's free of charge so don't worry about any consequences.
