I think that if you have such a suspicion, it would be best to have some proof of it, because without that it is just an accusation that is not supported by anything and anyone could say such things. You also know that you can file a complaint with us if you think something is wrong and therefore prove that you are right. Without that, I think it's just a shout in the dark if you lose.

Did they give you a reason for blocking it? Generally online casinos are reluctant to let you reopen an account once you have closed one, even if you got by signing up with a new email address and even phone number, please bare that in mind because as soon as you go to make a withdrawal it will be flagged up on their system by ip address or deposit and withdrawal method and even ID KYC. You should have asked them on live chat or email if you could open a new account and see what their response was. My advise is get an email or live chat transcript as to the reason why you have been blocked from making a withdrawal and if you want to take it further post your complaint here. This is just my opinion having seen many cases of this happening on here. Let's see what the Casino Guru team think when they reply on Monday

I don't think it was the best idea, because I assume that the reason why your next account was closed will be multiple accounts, which is a violation of the casino rules. 

However, did you try to contact support that you don't have access to your old email address and if there is anything that can be done about it ? Whenever you want to open a new casino account and you know that you have already played there, I would check with the support team because then situations like this arise. 

Moreover, what did the casino say to you when they blocked your account and what was their reason ?

Takođe sam napisao da više nemam pristup svojoj imejl adresi i da želim da zatvorim nalog i otvorim novi sa drugom
