Posle nekoliko dana uplatili su 50 evra na moj bankovni račun (moj poslednji depozit). Nakon podnošenja žalbe ovde na stranici i provere moje žalbe, zaključili smo da je žalba protiv mene zatvorena. Librabetovo rezonovanje je bilo da je u dokazu o depozitu koji sam im poslao da identifikuju moje depozite, to izgledalo kao prethodno kretanje sa depozita na kompaniju, depozit za mene od strane mog rođaka. Iz tog razloga su smatrali da novac položen na moj račun pripada trećem licu i da je u njegovo ime položen u librabet. Kazinoguruu je ovo rezonovanje izgledalo normalno i on je zatvorio moju žalbu opravdavajući kazino. Zatim sam zatražio da se žalba ponovo otvori i da tražimo od kazina da nam citira tačno termin koji kaže da je klijentima zabranjeno da imaju takve transakcije na svojim bankovnim računima. Kazino je odmah odbio moj zahtev i nije ponovo otvorio žalbu.

As being said, based on the details the complaint team got from the casino, you were most likely funded by someone else to play with provided funds instead of your own. Thus, I believe you were not robbed of any money. You just violated the rules in the first place.

Please try not to do that in any other casinos to avoid another disappointment.

Pošto su svi depoziti uplaćeni novcem koji mi nije pripadao zašto on ne vrati ostatak i vrati samo jedan? Da li je ovaj novac pripadao meni? Barem je izgovor kazina smešan. Da mi je račun izgubljen, mislim da ga ne bi zatvorili jer misle da sam koristio tuđi novac. Umesto toga, oni bi čekali i čekali dok neko vreme ne budem pobednik i tražili povlačenje. Molim kazino da nam odgovori jer mi moji ukupni depoziti od 160€ nisu vraćeni !!!

Deponovao sam novac i platio zabavnim ID-om u librabet kazinu Prijavio sam se sa zabavnim ID-om otišao sam na karticu bonusa i tamo je bilo bez bonusa Razgovarao sam sa casino chat-om i rekli su mi da ne postoji takav bonus i poslao sam im ponudu i opet mi nisu dali bonus Razgovarao sam sa live chat-om za zabavu i nisam dobio nijedan saveti ili nakon što sam doneo odluku da neću imati nikakav bonus otišao sam da igram svoj depozitni novac i opet nisam mogao da igram dao mi je poruku da je moj nalog ponovo onemogućen. Razgovarao sam sa ćaskanjem uživo i rekli su da jesam dupli korisnik u međuvremenu nisam napravio nijedan drugi nalog, ali pogodi koji zabavni ID mi je napravio nalog i nije mi dozvolio da se povežem sa sopstvenim nalogom ukratko zatvorili su moj nalog niko mi nije pomogao iz ćaskanja uživo koji ne radi sve vreme kada su mi poslali e-poštu da pošalju neke informacije da mi vrate novac, ali nisam dobio novac 20 dana
