Reason was just to be patience. Never verified my account, never withdraw, i just played all winnings and closed account.

I imagine you are quite certain the casino does that on purpose. I mean, you surely know that once you lose the money, it is over. Not sure whether you saw that, but the user experiences have been reporting delays. It might be worth looking through the user feedback to know what you may anticipate.
