Hi, I know we've written about your case before, so I'd like to keep it in one place so we don't discuss the same thing in multiple threads. 

Jozef said in your complaint that the casino needs a little more time for internal communication, so obviously you will need to be patient, although I know that is not the easiest task for you. It wouldn't be for me either, but it will be the most sensible thing you can do for now. I would like to see a deal done as soon as possible, but such cases are individual and sometimes harder to evaluate. 

That's why your cool head will be important. 

I firmly believe that this will be resolved shortly.

Thank you for your response and for keeping everything organized. I apologize for my impatience, but the last time I heard from Megapari directly was on May 28th. I have been trying to contact them multiple times via email (customer.claims@megapari.com) without any response. Additionally, they haven’t provided any updates on the complaint for two weeks. This lack of communication has made it difficult for me to remain patient. They have really hurt me deeply, and this situation involves a significant amount of money. I really appreciate your support and the efforts to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. I look forward to any updates and remain hopeful for a positive outcome soon.

I totally understand that and I would be nervous too. But I suppose the casino is communicating with Jozef, so it's possible that's why you didn't get an answer from them. When they come to an agreement with him, I think they will present you with a deal and then you can decide how you want to approach it. Let's give them some time, I hope they are doing everything they can to get this sorted out.

I reckon it's the most sensible thing to do. Hopefully you'll get an answer as soon as possible and, more importantly, what it will be.
