Zdravo, želim da ostavim žalbu jer sam uplatio 30 dolara na megapari, a osvojio 60 i ne daju mi da povučem beneficije, moj ID naloga je: 768194549, i nikada nisu tražili od mene verifikaciju, umorio sam se od slanja mejlovi na megaparijev sigurnosni gmail i nisu. Ima odgovora koji me izvrću i umaraju, radim sve što je moguće i jedva imam vremena za posao i tako mi kradu novac. Kakva užasna usluga, ako je kazino, pokažite im lice i vratite mi novac.

Thank you for your response and for keeping everything organized. I apologize for my impatience, but the last time I heard from Megapari directly was on May 28th. I have been trying to contact them multiple times via email (customer.claims@megapari.com) without any response. Additionally, they haven’t provided any updates on the complaint for two weeks. This lack of communication has made it difficult for me to remain patient. They have really hurt me deeply, and this situation involves a significant amount of money. I really appreciate your support and the efforts to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. I look forward to any updates and remain hopeful for a positive outcome soon.

I totally understand that and I would be nervous too. But I suppose the casino is communicating with Jozef, so it's possible that's why you didn't get an answer from them. When they come to an agreement with him, I think they will present you with a deal and then you can decide how you want to approach it. Let's give them some time, I hope they are doing everything they can to get this sorted out.

Od 14. 09. tražio sam definitivno isključenje iz megaparija i oni to ne čine, svaki put kada mi se jave, a to je svaka dva dana, nešto mi ponude i kada kažem da želim definitivno povlačenje, obaveštavaju me da uputiće relevantnom sektoru i treba im još dva-tri dana, onda mi daju drugu ponudu, opet ponavljam da ne i opet mi kažu da moram da čekam. Želim definitivno isključenje zbog problema sa igrom, a oni to odbijaju iako je to moja izričita odluka. Budite oprezni, jer kada želite da odete ne dozvoljavaju vam i daju vam hiljade okreta tako da nastavite da igrate čak i kada imate problema.
