Želim da podelim svoje iskustvo sa MonsterWin kazinom, koje je bilo izuzetno razočaravajuće za mene kao VIP igrača.
Dana 15. januara 2026. godine, moj VIP menadžer, Džej, pismeno je potvrdio da ću dobiti 20% čistog povrata novca (bez zahteva za klađenje) na moj depozit od 580 evra, što ukupno iznosi 116 evra.
Do sada je uplaćeno samo 30 evra. Kasnije mi je podrška rekla da je njihovo interno odeljenje odbilo preostali povraćaj novca, iako je dogovor jasno potvrđen u pisanoj formi.
Više puta sam pokušao/la da eskaliram problem putem ćaskanja uživo, imejla i Telegrama. Moji zahtevi za samoisključenje/trajno zatvaranje naloga su takođe ignorisani.
Ova situacija pokazuje nedostatak transparentnosti i loš VIP tretman. Ne mogu preporučiti ovaj kazino VIP igračima, posebno ako se oslanjate na potvrđene ponude ili želite blagovremeno upravljanje nalogom.

I want to share my experience with MonsterWin Casino, which has been extremely disappointing as a VIP player.
On 15 January 2026, my VIP manager, Jay, confirmed in writing that I would receive a 20% pure cash cashback (no wagering requirements) on my €580 deposit, totaling €116.
So far, only €30 has been credited. Later, I was told by support that the remaining cashback was denied by their internal department, even though the deal was clearly confirmed in writing.
I have tried to escalate via live chat, email, and Telegram multiple times. My requests to self-exclude / permanently close my account have also been ignored.
This situation demonstrates a lack of transparency and poor VIP treatment. I cannot recommend this casino for VIP players, especially if you are relying on confirmed deals or want timely account management.
